This term applies only if you purchased your product directly from www.toylaxy.com : Updated 15.5.2017

Deposits are not refundable 

Final release date will subject to change or delay due to manufacturer process and it will be announced.

Customers need to pay the balance within 1 month after notification by email or phone call. Non collection of product after 1 month will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit forfeited. ( If paid by Paypal )

Non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.

By ordering, you have deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our terms.  

Exchanges & Warranty 

All products will have 7 days warranty against missing parts or defects. Warranty does not cover conditions, damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To get the warranty, please quickly email us at hello@toylaxy.com and we will quickly review and provide the ideal solution.

All defects need to be taken picture and send to us to prove first before we change parts or send the new product

เงื่อนไขและนโยบายต่างๆ

เงื่อนไขนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะเมื่อท่านซื้อสินค้าผ่าน www.toylaxy.com  เท่านั้นและระหว่างการสั่งซื้อสินค้า ท่านจะต้องอ่านและทำความเข้าใจนโยบายต่างๆของเราก่อนเสมอ  

1.ทางเราไม่สามารถคืนเงินมัดจำให้กับลูกค้าได้

เนื่องจากการวางขายนี้อาจจะมีการเลื่อนได้เนื่องจากกระบวนการการผลิตต่างๆ และจะมีประกาศออกมาแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนเสมอ ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องชำระบิลภายในหนึ่งเดือนหลังจากได้รับแจ้งเตือนทางอีเมล์หรือทางโทรศัพท์ หากท่านไม่ชำระบิลภายในหนึ่งเดือนนั้นทางเราจะถือว่าออเดอร์ของท่านเป็นโมฆะและจะถูกยกเลิกไป โดยที่เงินมัดจำที่ลูกค้าจ่ายมาจะถูกยึดทั้งหมด

2.ไม่มีการคืนเงิน หรือ เปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นสินค้าอย่างอื่น

3.การเปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือ การรับประกันสินค้า

สินค้าทุกชิ้นจะมีเวลารับประกันสินค้าภายใน 7 วันสำหรับการเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ชิ้นส่วนหายหรือมีตำหนิ โดยการรับประกันจะไม่ครอบคลุมการเสียหายที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากวัสดุหรือการผลิต และการรับประกันสินค้าใดๆสามารถติดต่อเราได้ทางอีเมลล์ hello@toylaxy.com แล้วทงเราจะตอบกลับให้เร็วที่สุด

3.1 ทุกรอยตำหนิจำเป็นจะต้องถ่ายรูปและส่งให้ทางเราก่อนที่สินค้าจะถูกเปลี่ยน
